i havent even had children yet lol - god help me when i do, i can imagine loosing weight and looking how ive always wanted for my wedding, or the honeymoon which is almost a year away, (more realistic lol) and then putting three times as much on when i have kids haha

i didnt really help myself 3 months before falling pregnant i gave up smoking, been nearly 2 years now and ive gone up 3 dress sizes :( all i done throughout pregnanyc was eat junk food and drink cans of coke and redbull as i didnt have any energy at all and was hoping for a boost lol. its annoying as its so easy to gain weight but hard as hell to lose it. i just want to fit into my favourite jeans again.lol

lol i know what u mean. I love food, i enjoy it when im celebrating, and turn to it when im feeling down, but then feel so guilty for having it which just makes me feel worse - i keep putting weight on instead of loosing it, and havnt got long until the wedding now - i only really want loose 1 dress size, and tone up, so hopefully i will be able do it over summer lol
its crazy how smoking helps people loose / keep weight off - it sometimes makes me think about starting, as nothing else seems to work for me lol

yeh since the birth of my 2nd child ive craved fags more than ever lol. it doesnt necessarily help you keep the weight off its just when u quit u replace the habit with something else mine was food lol, at the time i thought its only a little snack it wont hurt but after 2/3 months of snacking on junk food it definitly made the saying a minute on the lips a lifetime on the hips true lol. i told my partner last nite its not so much my weight that bothers me its my size i really just want to tone everytg up.

I am quite overweight and I know I will never be a size 12 the closest I ever got was a 12-14 which I felt great in but at the moment I want/need to pull my hips and arms in, in a big way. its a beautiful day here today and I put my slimming belt on over my hips today (yesterday was higher up for the back flab) and I have just got back from a 2 hour walk with the dog, under the belt is soaking!!! I have had quite a lot of water today and am hitting the high metabolism foods like eggs apples and oats, so I will leave it a few more days of doing this kind of thing and have a measure.....I have a really good feeling about this! When my slimminmg shorts come through from bay of e I cvan wear them and put the slimming belt higher...just the arms to tackle then but I have a slendertone type of thing that I can use for that. x

i used mine on my wiifit on saturday and done 20 minutes of stepping on and off the board mine was soaking wet so i stuck it in the washing machine.lol. its amazing how much you sweat under the belt, i have the same problem with my arms but i dont know how im gonna tackle them yet lol. good luck with the shorts :D

Keep it up ladies..I've still not purchased a belt, got an app with gp Monday need to speak to him first as I read on it you can't wear with heart conditions, I'm currently being reviewed as my bp is really high, I'm 29 and although they are concerned and I'm going through tests they havnt tried or made me go on medication, but better be safe about it, I'm just about to gp out for an hours walk, walk my daughter to dancing and round about till it's time to pick her up...let's get fit xx

was just thinking, would you wear pants under the shorts, cos of all the sweating :s i hate not wearing pants, but wouldnt want to wear sweaty pants after lol
