    Something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue....

    I'd like to try to do this and I found a sixpence garter charm with blue bits as my "something blue" and obviously a sixpence is meant to be good luck also. It arrived today and I'm so pleased with it :)

    Not really following any other tradition.

    Anyone else doing this or using a sixpence??

    I think the sixpence is supposed to go in your shoe traditionally as the last line of that poem but I'm not really going to bother with this bit of the tradition!

    i've got 2 sixpences one off my mum and one h2b's dad so am put one in each of my shoes lol
