I got both of them from Earnst Jones, although not heard many good reports about them on here. I've had my ring since Feb 2005 and not had any problems with it, have left my ring in the shop til closer to the time, otherwise I wouldn't take it off! lol

Pics of my engagement ring are in my photos, it's a platinum band with a princess cut diamond and it's from tiffanys! I feel so lucky, but i had said that i wanted platinum and a square cut diamond, good job he remembered 'cos he picked it all by himself and the proposal was a complete surprise!

I knew I wanted the matching wedding band and H2B eventually chose the matching wedding band for himself too, they are in MIL2B's safe at the moment or I would want to try it on all the time!

My beautiful engagement ring - platinum with a total of 20 diamonds set.
Haven't picked up our wedding rings yet, but picture 3 shows a diagram of how it will be (I designed myself) - with 4 diamonds each side that match up with the last 4 on each side of my e-ring :)

Wedding Band

Had my engagement ring since Feb 2009 - as soon as i got it i had to send it in for re dipping as their was a dent in the band >:-| then 2 months later it went yellow underneath so it went again. Then in 2010 i got a new job so i treated it to re dipping - it wasn't desperate but i moved from a labour intensive job in a pet shop to an office job so i wanted it to be sparkley.

I'll get it done again before the wedding so that the e ring and wedding band look sparkley together :-)

My engagement ring has a diamond which is kept intact by a u-shaped fitting rather than having claws to keep the diamond in place, this means that you can see underneath the diamond looking from the side view. Paul chose it with me in Goldsmiths and I really love it. My wedding band was bought in H Samuel with gift vouchers we had received from family.

I just checked the price of my ring now thats for sale in Ernest Jones at the moment and they have increase the price by £160 and matthew only bought it in aug 2009 also with the price of gold being so high at the moment the ring that they we're trying to say was the same as mine had less gold in it as it scratched the inside of my finger

not saved pic of mine onto this computer but a pic of my ring is in my profile. It is changing though as still not happy with it... design is great but the way it has been put together considering it cost h2b a fortune. Therefore, am paying someone to melt the metal down and construct a new shaft, keep the way the centre is designed but not have the side diamonds so enclosed so that more light can get to them. My wedding band will then match the way the small diamonds are and it will be soooo sparkly. Cant wait.

This is a picture of my second engagement ring. My first on was stolen by a so-called friend, just after Christmas, he stole from me and his family as well and is now on the run, luckily the insurance paid out and my fiance bought me this ring with the pay out. It's nice, not quite as nice my first one, as this is all Diamonds and my first one had a Sapphire in it, which is my birthstone.
I still love it though.

ooo everyones ring is so lovely! It's nice to see such a variety too, they're all so different :) i put a pic of mine on my wall, it's a .5 carat diamond with .25 sapphires in a platinum twist setting :) its custom made so i'll be getting my wedding ring made to fit around it :)
