Okay, so there are threads for shoes and dresses and cakes and all manner of other things, but I couldn't find one with all our pictures of our rings. If there is one then tell me and point me to it!

My ring was my Grandma's who gave it to my brother to give to Grant to give to me when he proposed.

And we bought our wedding rings out of Goldsmiths vouchers received from an insurance claim on my other Granny's ring.

I had no say in it allan picked it on his own but i love it he picked well :D i love square rings too and i prefer white gold so really made it easy for him haha !

Evening all.

Here's my engagement ring.

It's white gold, but it keeps going yellow and since I first got it in December 2009, it's been dipped FOUR times :o(

So, I've got a place in Hatton Garden to reset the diamond in a platinum ring (same design). Can't wait to get it back!

Nah The only place that I have found selling that dress is a dress maker in china :O

Im hoping that it will suit me as I'm a larger lady But thats the risk Ive had to take I fell in love with it! Its too hard to find black and red wedding dresses and Im scared of bridal shops LOL

as soon as it arrives im going to grab MOH and go try it on!! LOL

If it doesnt suit me Im going to be a sobbing ball of goo!!

i went for yellow gold with an oval Ruby and 2 round diamonds - all my friends have with gold solitare so i wanted to be different. Also i work in a vets and always have my hands in iodine and chemicals (to lazy to wear gloves) and i find white gold needs replating to often when under the stress of a girl who wont remove her ring for fear of a dog eating it !!!

This is mine - he had it designed and made in Hatton Garden. We're going to be making our own rings in another shop in Hatton Garden, but they will just be plain white gold bands - I am not allowed to wear a ring with stones at work.

Loving all the rings on this thread, my ring is on my profile. Single solitaire diamond on a white gold band. Under the diamond the band has been shaped into a little heart, its beautiful and i was very impressed the H2B chose it all by himself as it was just what i wanted! :-)

I love it! He picked it... I don't really wear rings though, and he was struggling with my ring size, so ended up taking in this massive pink flower ring thing (that I've never worn but luckily fit), and having to insist to the jewellers that he wasn't proposing to a 12 year old! lol :)

Can't wait until the 14th July 2012!
