wow i love that picture looks so elegant i was going to go with mirrors under mine but h2b was keen so i left it. i figure i have to let him have some sort of say somewhere lol x

I've been making my DIY invites for what feels like forever! The big give out day is Saturday so they 'have' to be done by then!
But I'm actually finding it's not the making of the invite itself which is time consuming, it's the rest of the fluff that goes with them!
Like inserts, and then I'm making little information tags, with wedding gift accomation etc and then RSVP cards, blueeegh!
There's so much more than just the lace on the front :( I know it'll be worth it, and the end is in sight but gosh it's def harder work than I first anticpated!

I forgot how amazing this thread is - everyone's stuff looks fab! :)

Kaz: is the darker blue in your bouquet referred to on their ebay page as "Navy Blue" and the turquoise as "Turquoise (Duck Egg Blue) with Blue Tips"?

Just made a bow for my bouquet out of the ribbon from my mum's wedding dress. I love it.

I am like you, dubious about the table plan as its still early days....people might send the RSVP saying no.
But I could make it as far as you have made yours......Hmmmmm I will probably do that this week.....

if anyone has made their own invites? if so is there any chance you could post a pic on my wall? i really need some inspiration and i dont have all that much time left! sorry i know there are probably some pics here somewhere but there are 11 pages! i just dont have time to look through them all. i would really appreciate some ideas. thanks x x

things ive done so far, making table names and table plan soon also practicing making my wedding favors

madisonUK...... I love the invites and placenames.....so pretty and sparkley

thanks has saved me a fortune just priced everything up and what i wanted would have cost over £900 so far its only cost me around £80 so cant be too bad

just made my table names with menus on the back of them.
I have table 4 names....
