Our wedding cake is going to be four tiers. 14" fake, 12" fruit, 10" sponge and 8" chocolate. White icing with 4 large white rose corsages with diamond pins in the centre, 6 small white ones, lace and a single red rose (in remembrance for my baby sister). Cannot wait to see it on the day.
This is our cake, haven't decided on the flavours yet.

We're having a 4 tier cake with different flavours on each, bottom layer we're having Victoria sponge with raspberry conserve, 2nd coconut and lime, 3rd red velvet (my personal favourite) and the top tier is white chocolate with prcocecco raspberry conserve, we're having the bottom tier coated in white ruffles, 2nd is going to be Matt light blue, 3rd is going to be a Matt glitter white with a pumpkin carriage design, top tier is a light blue gloss wit a silver gold leaf band, we have a personalised heart topper which she's going to put white icing flowers all on top and cascading down the side, I can't wait to see it on our day! :)

Yeah I liked 2 and 3 - didn't know if 2 was a bit much? It's so hard to decided- my OH aunt is making our cake as a wedding gift :-)

The middle one looks fabulous Michelle. It's just enough to catch your eye and is really beautiful.
So we went for our consultation and cake tasting on Saturday, I was practically bouncing round the shop. The cake will be three tiers: base flavour: chocolate marble, middle tier: vanilla with buttercream and strawberry jam, top tier: champagne strawberry. It will all be covered in white fondant with a royal blue ribbon round the base of each tier. The middle tier will be a quiliting effect with gold pearls and there will be fondant flowers on alternating sides on from the bottom to the top.

really want to post the sketch of ours. I love how personal it is to our wedding. The middle tier of the 3 is the same decoration of our favours and the lace design will be hand drawn to match my dress. Really love it.
After having a simple cake made by MIL from her not making it and having a beautiful custom cake. Although I couldnt afford it in budget, I do love it. MIL is paying because of her dropping out of making it - i gave her a cheaper alternative of me putting a m&5 cake together the morning of and she didnt want that so agreed to pay. If I would have been paying it would be the m&% one ! very grateful! Not sure FIL will be happy when he finds out the cost haha!!
