I'm not because I don't like them but if you like them wear one. It doesn't matter if you are in a registry office it will still look beautiful

i was going to wear one for a civil ceremony, but i have very fine hair, so my hairdresser thinks it would be better just to have a tiara, as she is struggling to hold both in, i am happy to just have a tiara now that i have sat and thought about it, my dress is nice enough without one x

took ages to find one to match the dress

I am also unsure about the veil situation - I think it will all depend on the dress tho chick. Have whatever you want - it's ur day after all!!

i am getting married in reg office and wanted to wear one but have decided not to not for that but for the fact that it will annoy me and people will accidently pull on it etc. i did try on some gorgeous ones but i thought it just wasn't worth the money in the end.so if you want one wear one x

It's entirely upto you. Where you're getting married shouldn't matter and make the decision for you, it's your day so its your choice. I'm having once (getting married at a registered venue) but i had thought i'd just go for a tiara as i couldnt imagine having a veil. The ladyin the shoop said to try one and see............£209 later (i'm not paying for that luckily)!!!! i have one AND a tiara. best advise.....try one and see, dont let the whole registry office venue thing put you off, your wedding day only happens once and dont look back and wish you had a veil.x x x x

I dont know what im doing, would like to have it over my face if i get a church wedding, but if not a church might just have one not over my face... oh i dont know, like others say it might depend on the dress and hoe i feel when i try one one....my cousins is £250, her dress is £500 that dont make sense to me, i wont be paying that!
