Firstly cannot for the life of me remember how to spell hastling so I hope that's right!!!

With my venue I get 10 discounted rooms, I was told by the wedding co-ordinator that the codes for these rooms would be available end of September... I've still not got them. I've emailed a few times to ask about them and she said she'd chase them for me. Still no codes!

Would you email again?? Xxx

Call again, you are paying for a service, it cant take that long to find a discount code surely? Hope you get somewhere this time

Definitely give them a call. You don't want to ring them too late and find the rooms are gone

I would give her another week and then phone everyday she will get you the codes in no time if only to get you off her back
