Im planning on singing to my partner as i am classically trained our favourite song and some others aswell but do i want to add extra pressure on myself.
CommentAuthorJulie
It would be amazing if you could a real wow factor, but maybe see how you feel on the day so you dont stress about it in the build up. Good luck if you do though x
CommentAuthorHalloween_Bride
awww thats a lovely idea, how about concentrating on him when your singing to him so that you dont feel the extra pressure?
Little Miss StressHead
I speak my mind if ya dont like it then tough
Men cant live with them, cant legally kill them
I'm like Marmite you either love me or hate me!!
If you feel comfortable on the day then do it hun, no one can make the decision for you... TBH the less people know about it the better as it will be a big wow factor to them all and their faces will light up... AQnd the new Hubbies of course :0) Kxxx
Oh mitmas tree oh mitmas tree, how lovely are your branches

CommentAuthorcasbride87

CommentAuthorEriksfjord
Wow! That would be fantastic I am sure it will be amazing! Go for it! x
CommentAuthoreebeegeebee
If you think you won't be too exhausted or nervewracked go for it! I'm sure it'd knock him off his feet x
CommentAuthorRox_y
I actually went to a wedding where the bride and groom sang to each other before launching into their dance, while I think they must have thought it was all incredibly romantic, a lot of us actually thought it was a little bit cheesy so if you do decide to go for it then just bare that in mind.
CommentAuthorcasbride87
I dont think it is cheesy cos im singing to him in italian so no one will no what it means only H2B!!!
CommentAuthorJane
I think thats a lovely idea, as long as H2B doesnt mind.... mine would be mortified if I started singing at him in public, even if I could sing well!
CommentAuthorcasbride87
hopefully he will be ok i sing in clubs so he shud be fine x
CommentAuthorEmsy5000

CommentAuthorwelshcerys
Agree with julie - maybe see how you feel on the day and decide then??
CommentAuthorhay
aww thats a lovely idea but i'd see what you felt like on the day :) x
CommentAuthorMrs Daltry
while i agree it is a beautifull idea, you have to remember that on the day, your so full of emotions and it might not come out as you want it to,,what about a cd recording of you doing the songs
CommentAuthorlillylou
Oo exciting! I love singing, classically trained too, I don't think it would be my wedding if I didn't sing! I also met my h2b through choir so we definitely have to sing something. Guess song choice definitely helps prevent cheeseyness. Best of luck! x
CommentAuthorNuttytart
I Think thats a nice idea if you are confident enough.
CommentAuthorskitty666
i would say go for it hun but see how you feel on the day xx
CommentAuthorrainbow21

CommentAuthoralibum
Its all up to you honey,my h2b is puttingb a band together so he can play a few numbers with them and then enjoy them performing with the rest of the guests :0)xxx
CommentAuthoressexk
go for it if you can't imagine your wedding without it!! if not maybe think about a recording or getting a group of friends to join you in singing.x x
CommentAuthor~* Jen *~
Sounds awesome!! Go for it if you really feel it would be lovely! xxx
CommentAuthorRoxii
Heck Yeah.. if you've got the voice and the confidence, then yep :) I wish I could do something like that, sounds amazing!! Will make it that extra bit more special for you two too!! x
CommentAuthorCherryCoke_x
That would be amazing! And something totally different :) Only do it if you are happy with it though, don't add too much extra pressure on yourself :) xx
CommentAuthormanimum
if i was u i wouldnt tell any1 u want to do it but make sure the band can play the music for the song that way if u dnt want to do it then ur not letting any1 down and if u do do it everyone would be surprised...x
CommentAuthor'ca'ca'ca
if you;ve got the voice then do it gal! it would bea really sophisticated thing to do, as its a classical song [i think?] and hardly an X-Factor cheesy-pop hit. will make it more personal. :] if i could sing at all, i'd do it. unfortunatly, i cannot sing, at all, and threfore this is not an option Keep it a suprise thoguh, cause you dont need anymore pressure Good luck my love <3 x
CommentAuthorRoxii
yeah I agree with keeping it a suprise... would be super cool if you didn't tell H2B, it'd be extra special for him then (if you can't not tell anyone, then tell your MOH that you may do it, but only if you feel confident enough on the day, and ask her to keep shtum) then I think he'd find it all the more Amazing!! x
CommentAuthorcasbride87
i did tell him i was going to do it but changed my mind and told him i wasn't. So it would be a suprise. I might do it because i don't get emotional anyways on big occasions like that.
CommentAuthorstacey
go for it i know i entered a singing competition when me and h2b first got together and he was so pleased and said it was so romantic because i sang to him:-)
CommentAuthorcasbride87
THANKS for all your support everyone, i have decided to give it a go.
CommentAuthorKevsgirl
I think that is wonderful and how romantic.
x
CommentAuthorKimi
you know when i first read this i thought it was talking about s.ex (how dirty my mind is) but after reading it I think it would be wonderful if you sang to your H2B or by then (potentially) Hubby. :)
The days are flying by, can't wait :)
CommentAuthorJoolsy
That sounds amazing would be perfect and I'm sure your H2B would absolutely love it so I would go for it xx

Casbride, thats an amazing idea, and will be a wonderful personal touch, I'm singing instead of having the traditional first dance, unless I get yet another chest infection, which I seem to have continuously this year! x
CommentAuthorcasbride87
i think you get more voice problem when you sing often
CommentAuthorLedZepLover
Thats a lovely idea. Hope it goes ok but don't put too much pressure on yourself on the day, just enjoy it x x x
