I'm meant to be having an appointment with kissing company on monday 18th, I booked this appointment just after xmas and the rep said he would call nearer the time to confirm thisas he didn't have this years diary at the time but as of yet had no call, texted him earlier and they haven't replied, so should I be worried cuz week to go or do they phone closer to appointment? Took guy a while to get back to me last time to actually make an appointment as he lost my details and had to request them from office again so not filled with confidence with this guy but shall see :) think ill probably phone head office and see what they say x

Tell me about it so frustrating cuz me and h2b have booked appointment at his parents house to involve them with wedding as they live 200 miles away from me so can't get involved much which is a shame cuz he only child, so if guy fails to turn up won't be impressed as only there for the week x

hiya! i saw them on Saturday. I booked the appointment in January at a wedding fair and hadnt had any confirmation. i emailed them asking for confirmation and got no reply. I called and they said they'd call me back. They didnt. I called again, sounding super stroppy, and i got a call from the rep within about 10 mins saying he'd been at a show/exhibition in munich and just got back. in fairness, he turned up on time on Saturday and was lovely. Not going to order from them though.
My advice, bug them big time :-) xxx

My experience was very different with them. Once I booked to go I was given advisors number, we correspondended mainly through text. Set a date, confirmed the week before and the day before. She was absolutely brilliant. I think all reps should be like her, i'm suprised if they are not as they are representing the company. I would contact them direct and say you are not happy with the service.
Having ordered from them, and then winning the January prize, I have to say that there aftersales service is excellent. So please do not be put off because of this rep.

I'm just annoyed cuz got reps number and he said he would reconfirm appointment near the time and as I texted him yesterday to check he still got appointment booked in but I've still not received a reply, to me it poor customer service on his part, going to give him til thursday then I'm phoning their offices up to see what going on x

I had a interview kissing company and they are very good and I Don't think you have to worry as the rep didn't call me before he just turned up on the day early as well I was running late I felt bad him waiting for me. He will turn up The London Rep was really good and we cannot wait to buy our rings from them when we can =D <3 X
