So my hairdresser has left the salon I had my hair trial at in July. I have been allocated someone else. They gave me a re-trial date of 1st Sept but havent confirmed it will be free of charge. I realised I am running my re-scheduled Race for Life that day so can't attend. I rang to reschedule to be told that the stylist can only do 30 Aug or 15 Sept (I get married 29 Sept). I asked could I be placed with someone else and was told no. I have asked the girl I spoke with to get the manager(s) to call me back and confirm whether it is free of charge or not.

    What should I do?

be polite and see what the manager has to say then if you dont get anywere then i would kick off, its not your fault that your stylist has left they need to sort it out. weird tho that they gave you the 1st sept as your trial date as thats when im having my trial and i get marrie don 29th sept aswel :) good luck hope they sort it out. if they dont then go somewere else x

UPDATE: Manager has emailed saying they'll see me on 30 Aug and it will "be on them" as I've already paid for my trial!
