Manchester we are having our families meet there since it half way between us and our different parents big weekend then the next day mum are going to three shops. I may go somewhere in Carlisle on my todd after as well but that's the problem everyone I know who might go with me lives at least 2 hours away.

Oooooo Manchester-how nice! If you do decide to go in Carlisle id steer clear of the one by Argos-they are extremally rude, very pushy and the cheapest wedding dress they had was £950 (the majority were over £2000) Ive got mine from the one by Gianni's (round the corner from the old cinema)-they are lovely but the one in cockermouth sounds nice too (the women are so nice!) I went on my own to try dresses-everytime i booked an appt no-one could go with me! :( x
