I'm getting married next July but for my dress fitting in Feb I need my shoes and my langerie with me to have the dress fitted right but does anyone know anywhere that does pretty wedding shoes in the Essex area. The ones iv looked at so far all seem just so plain.
Thanks

I'm not a fan of 'proper' wedding shoes, so went with sparkly ones that I can wear again; I have some 3.5 inch strappy crystal sandals as well as a lower (2.5 inch) enclosed peep-toe pair in silver glittery fabric for the evening. I don't know what your budget is, but at the lower-end, a lot of high-street stores do either a proper bridal range, or else do shoes which could be bridal (eg in silver or gold as well as white/ivory). If you have a bigger budget, check out some of the top shoe designers as again most do shoes in 'bridal' styles.

I love unusual shoes, couldn't imagine wearing traditional ivory/white brial heels on my day. So I've bought some red poka dot Irregula Choice ones with liitle ladybirds on them. They are gorg and they were on sale when I bought them.

im buying my shoes in america in a couple of weeks i`m going to have some thing fun ....thinking of hot pink
I'm planning on wearing trainers at the moment!! I look and feel a fool when I wear heels and I'm always in flats, figure I'd rather spend my money on a pair of trainers that I can wear again rather than spend £70 on a pair of shoes that I would never wear again!!
i did have some pink sparkly heels off the bay, absolutely love them but i'm gonna be taller than h2b with them on so looking for more now. have seen some gorgeous sparkly flats in kurt geiger, expensive but i'd be able to wear them again.

I got my shoes online, brilliant customer service, with an opportunity to get them dyed after the wedding too.
PM if you want the site details. I got my shoes from there and I know they've got a half price sale on at the mo!

Thanks wouldn't mind some site suggestions but is it true you go up a size when ordering wedding shoes incase your feet swell? :s

I've sent you a friend request, I'll post the name of the company I got mine from on your wall once you accept. Don't know about the feet swelling thing, I've bought them in my normal size, as I like to wear them again after the wedding. I was thinking taking a second pair of flats incase my feet start to ache in the evening.

Shoe clips are great - just clip to the front of the shoe to jazz up pain wedding shoes - lots of pretty handmade ones on-line.
