Hi girls, My mum bought me my wedding shoes yesterday (she got super excited and wouldn't take no for answer lol) I think they are lovely, perfect height, colour etc however they are a little plain and I am someone who likes being a little different and so am looking for tips and advice on how I can jazz them up without them looking Ott will include picture xx

One of the ladies on here stuck teeny diamante's all over the heel. So from the front they looked like regular shoes, but they weere 'blinged' at the back. They looked great! Were you thinking something like that?

I think blinging the heel would look great. I've also seen really great shoe clips on e*t*s*y. I guess it all depends on how much you want to change them.

Was thinking of putting that heart on the front but unsure how it would look stuck flat to the shoe if that makes sense, or something else that looks cool/quirky xx

It's quite cute and small enough it should look okay. You can get clips for your shoes to make them sparkle as well x

If it doesn't look right in the front you could try it on the side close to the heel :)

The heart looks nice, as suggested you could attach the heart to the side of the shoe or use diamanté stick on gems to bling up the heels of the shoes xxx

i have just typed in "bridal shoe clips" on bay and that brought up quite a few
i too was thinking the heart would look nice on the side close to the heel....
Find out who you are & do it on purpose!

Claire my shoes were plain too hun I blinged them myself as the ones I wanted were too expensive so I made my own version, I found tube of u very helpful for tutorials x

Theres loads of things you can do, add a bit of embellishment like a fabric flower or shoe clip, paint them, dye them, cover them in glitter or gems

Thank you Claire hun, Have you thought of maybe dong the writing yourself hun? or if you know someone thats good at free hand maybe they could do them for you. If not you could always ask a tattoist if they would be able to create them since they do alot of free hand x

Sorry I have been Mia for a few days been a little under the weather x
Thanks for suggestions, I just have no idea where to begin not the best at diy lol in my teens I used to glue fabric of t-shirt slogans to jeans lol that's about it, I been trying to think of something that's different, a little out of the ordinary but nice and not tacky lol I find I keep comparing myself to past family/in-law's weddings and want our day to be different to theirs, see my oh's family are competitor's always trying to out do each other or if my h2b has an idea its taken from him as they will do it before he gets the chance and then its kind of flaunted if that makes sense, so I want to make sure that for him, our day is something special for him as well as myself but trying to do that proves difficult as my mind goes blank, our colour scheme is baby blue & ivory, venue pic's in album and our day is valentines day so apart from shoes if anyone else thinks of anything we can do that's a little different I'd be grateful for suggestions
