I am getting married 15th November 2014 and all sorted.....
Well I thought I was until we found out I'm pregnant.

My dress is fine and can be altered, however, my 5 inch heeled, beautiful sparkly, shoes I have bought will kill my feet after 5 mins with the extra weight and swolleness.

The problem is I still really want the height, I'm 5ft, my h2b is over 6ft. So I would like to find some shoes that still give me height but don't squish my size 5 feet.

I was thinking platforms of some sort. Where my feet are flat in the shoe or there's only a slight heel. Ideally white, ivory or cream. You won't see much of the shoe but maybe the occasional toe will stick out from my big dress.

I have looked everywhere for something but can't find anything I like.

Any help much appreciated I don't really have long to go now and starting to panic, especially if I have to ship something from around the globe lol. Thanks in advance. X

Congratulations. How far along are you? If it's recent I did not start showing till I was 5/6 month's. Different people are different, but I did not even realise I was pregnant till 12 weeks so nearly 3 months.
So dependant you may still be able to wear your shoes etc, or could doo what I am, wear your pottery ones for ceremony, photos, and switch into more comfy ones for evening.

I agree with Lana, depending on how far along you might still be okay to wear your shoes, I would keep practising in them right up until the day though so your body is use to it or just wear them during the ceremony and then put something comfy on for the rest of the day.

Thanks, I have unrestricted my profile.

Thanks girls, I have been hoping I could still wear my shoes.
I have tried to wear them but at 12 weeks now my feet are already puffy and it can only get worse.

I probably will wear my nice shoes during the ceremony but I still need some more comfortable shoes for the rest of the day and they will still need to be as high as my nice ones or ill trip over my dress. Lol

    Thanks again.

there are plenty of wedge styles at the moment could you not buy a high street pair and gget some crystals and put them all along the wedge and i agree if you can photos and ceremony and swtich to more comfy ones for the evening as I will be switching to prob flip flops or dolly shoes either once my feet are to painful but want to hld out to first dance but my pain condition might not let me

As others have said you might be okay if you're not too far along. Remember Kate Middleton when she was pregnant, even when she was like 6 or 7 months she was still wearing those 1k b3nn3tt heels she always wears.
