The first one is a song from an episode called- the wizard of fraggle rock. The wizard sings it.

And the second one is from the episode- the secret society of poohbahs. Red starts singing it to mooki cause she's not smiling much (from being busy trying to get into the secret society all the other fraggles are apart of and she doesn't realise) and then Gobo and Wembley join in.

I have for the first time found what I can truly love – I have found you.
You are my sympathy – my better self—my good angel—I am bound to you with a strong attachment.
I think your good, gifted, lovely: a fervent, a solemn passion is conceived in my heart; it leans to you, draws you to my center and spring of life, wraps my existence about you and, kindling in pure, powerful flame, fuses you and me in one.

For it was not into my ear you whispered, but into my heart
It was not my lips you kissed, but my soul.

We're only having one reading, Union by Robert Fulgham

You have known each other from the first glance of acquaintance to this point of commitment. At some point, you decided to marry. From that moment of yes, to this moment of yes, indeed, you have been making commitments in an informal way. All of those conversations that were held in a car, or over a meal, or during long walks – all those conversations that began with, “When we’re married”, and continued with “I will” and “you will” and “we will” – all those late night talks that included “someday” and “somehow” and “maybe” – and all those promises that are unspoken matters of the heart. All these common things, and more, are the real process of a wedding.

The symbolic vows that you are about to make are a way of saying to one another, “You know all those things that we’ve promised, and hoped, and dreamed – well, I meant it all, every word.”

Look at one another and remember this moment in time. Before this moment you have been many things to one another – acquaintance, friend, companion, even teacher, for you have learned much from one another these past six years. Shortly you shall say a few words that will take you across a threshold of life, and things between you will never quite be the same.

For after today you shall say to the world – This is my husband. This is my wife.

My H2B and I have both attended church all our lives, so we're having the full ministry of the word (Old Testament, New Testament, Psalm, Gospel). The new testament is easy; it will be the Corinthians reading. The psalm will be sung by the choir, and will be the setting of psalm 23 used for the Vicar of Dibley theme tune. There's an in joke there; the choir sings it every so often because their vicar (a lady) reminds everyone of Geraldine Grainger. We haven't come up with the other two yet. We're also thinking of one from a series of children's books called the Mistmantle Chronicles. They are written by my mum who is a children's author, and talk a lot about the heart, which is what keeps the little island of Mistmantle safe. We're thinking it would be amazing to have her reading from her own book.

30th August 2014 was the best birthday ever.
It was the day that I became Mrs. Dixon.
