we both plan on staying in the hotel the night before the wedding and having a CC so dont really need transport but think it looks nice to arrive in a car if you know what i mean. also dont really want to spend much money here so thinking bout borrowing friends nice car for the day, is this cheeky??? also when i say friend i actually mean asking my boss if we can borrow the aston martin do you think im pushing it with the boss or worth a try????

It would be silly to spend all that money if your both staying in th same place the night before the wedding. I would try with the boss, at worst he can say no, but you will never know unless you try!!

don't hire a car for hell of it hun. we are not as we think its too much of a cost. We are borrowing my dad's car. its a dark blue bmw with cream leather seats so going to stick a ribbon in it , anyway take your boss a cake and a brew and sit down and then ask him lol

we wouldnt hire one to be honest can think of more important things to spend our wedding budget on lol. i will work on the boss next time he is in the office and see how i get on! i could just see him in a chauffers suit lol

At the mo we may end up with my FIL2B's AA van lol I hope not. Depends how close you are to your boss and if hes invited to your wedding? A free meal might work wonders in him saying yes....you never know he may even act as chauffeur! xx

i was going to stay in the hotel the night before to save money, but decided to look at the prices of cars as i wanted to arrive in style and have the photos taken, so looked into it and got a great deal for £345, and now i am so pleased that we are having a car x

we have decided not to get cars for the day, simply as its so much money. i have just bought a second hand sports car which i have decided i will use for the day and the dealer we bought it from promised us a brand new one for the groom for the day. before we had this arranged we were gonna just borrow a Mercedes from a relative or do what my dad said and walk round the car park and have pictures taken next to random luxury cars lol
