I wouldn't change it, but I would be inclined to offer some sort of transport option.

i wouldnt change unless u want to. The only thing to consider since u mentioned timings is which option will cause u less stfress on the day. You want to enjoy the day not worry

not sure what your budget is like, but could you possibly put on a couple of mini buses for those who are moaning? Doesnt need to be anything fancy just something to get them from a to b etc, perhaps contact some local cab companies that have larger vehicles

I'm going to speak to my venue and photographer, find out exactly how long he needs for photos, exactly what times the venue suggests and then I can decide what will we best but right now I'm just sticking to how it is and maybe lay on some evening transport. h2b's mum spoke to him today and she said she is going to arrange mini buses for everyone who will be travelling down from reading and wales, so all they have to do is get to the hotel venue to check in and then there will be mini buses waiting for them to take them to the church and then reception venue x

Aw hun, I completely understand your concerns but agree with some of the other ladies... It's your day & you should do it your way.

I've been to a few weddings where as a guest I've had to travel at least 30 mins between the church & reception venue & it didn't bother me one bit. The most recent wedding my fiance took the car & we drove from the church to the ceremony, but once before a few of the guests clubbed together to pay for a minibus to take us from the church to the venue. Maybe this could be an option for your guests? x x x
