I'am currently looking at getting some evening invitations printed as i bought a deal voucher for an online printing company, however it runs out end of next month. I have a little issue with that i haven't organised with the venue a scedule/times of whats happening on the day, is it too early/cheeky to decide with the Venue? As i would need to know the time of when the evening reception would start.I do not get my Wedding cordinator till early next year. I just feel a little over organised! but its not worth missing out on offers!

Ring up and sort out a time, they shouldn't mind. Just tell them you need to send out invitations quite early xx

My venue did me a rough time plan in our contract when we booked so i would just ask - they will probably have a set time plan they suggest to everyone

There are so many people out there who will tell you
    what you can't do.
What you have to do is turn around and say, "watch me"!!

Give the venue a call, they probably get it all the time with super organised brides. Im sure they'll be really accommodating

Yes, when we went in to see the vicar he was really helpful and talked us through timings, which we then confirmed with the caterer - were having a 2pm wedding and evening guests we've put 'from 7.30pm' so it's still fluid still etc...

Thats when mine is starting hun with the extra evening guests arriving half hour later (just in case the room turn around takes longer and will give us all time to get back in the room) so I don't see there being a problem :-)
