There's a woman who runs like a hire business where u can hire thrones,a wishing well,candy carts,and like '&' and 'love' signs for piccys etc near me... This one is a pedal car or one of the olderflowergirls can push her but she'll be nearly 4 by next year...it's £35 for 4 days hire x

They want a £100 security deposit which we pay when we collect it next year? Is this reasonable...we get it bk when we take it bk but I think we're paying enough already for stuff...we have to pay a £250 security deposit for the venue in case of any broken glasses...which I bet there is some so we're not gonna get all that back.... I just think u pay enough out already without all these excess deposits x

They take something like £2 per glass broken or something then we get the remainder back....I've been told my my mil that u can hire glassware from TESCO for FREE and u just pay for any breakages when u return them... Could do that... I'll be getting lew to count the glasses on the morning to make sure they don't claim for lots of broken ones if there's only a few... It's outrageous cos there's obv gonna be some but with the amount already being paid you'd think they'd overlook a few glasses!

Kelbel, the security deposits are so frustrating! We're wanting to hire a white Royal Mail post box to put cards in but we can't afford the £100 security deposit ontop if the hire charge..so my OH is going to make one instead! Don't suppose it would be so easy to make Brum though...:-)

the price of our venue is the same all year round (bleedin' expensive), regardless of the day, so that was good.
