93 days left! my mum has pointed out that now with a corset back at least i can play with it abit now as i dont no what im going to be like coming upto the wedding with my weight as when i have my surgery i might loose alot more.
I seen candelabras (not spelt correct!) in silver covered in pearls which looked fantastic but manor house are providing glass ware for tables and not sure what i want exactly in mine so im looking online today for ideas. For the night time part i thought fill glass up with beads and fairy lights as in the night some of it is in the conservatory. Whats everyone else having?

Yay!!! 99 days!!! I think it's finally sinking in that we're getting married! We went to see our vicar tonight to discuss our ceremony and I'm bouncing off the walls tonight!! I'm paying my dress off tomorrow and a few more bits, and on Saturday I have my hair trial and then we're going to buy our rings! Our banns are being read for the first time on Sunday too! I'm so excited! X

I'm doing newcastle for mine...was very nearly Nottingham tho :-) My order of service arrived yesterday from north lincs town hall...was exciting and scared to see the words in print with our names of what we're actually gonna be saying in 3 months time!

We need to start thinking about writing out and ordering our order of services too. Nowhere near organised with that. My hen do is booked for 16th August and I'm having mine in Scarborough. Laid back day for me...just a spa and meal out followed by a few drinks! H2B is going to York for his but not sure when yet! Paid off my dress yesterday and finally ordered bridesmaid dresses, and bought our wedding rings this afternoon! Yippee! X

Our church wants to do our order of service so haven't got to worry about that. We do however need to have a meeting with the church which I'm getting a bit worried about because the vicar is leaving and they were due to have meetings and then contact us but im thinking this needs to be done like now?!
Bridesmaids tried dresses on yesterday as theyve just arrived and they looked stunning. The colour is even more gorgeous than i imagined! I am so so happy x

I sent off the form that came through with the booklet of services we could have last week all filled in with best man,bridesmaids names etc, then they sent me an email with it in the other day but couldn't open the attachment so she sent me a paper copy in the post ... Chase it up as they have to leave time in case any alterations needed in it and it's getting close now x

Do you have to have an order of service? We're having a civil ceremony but not sure if we really need a one.
Had a very lazy weekend, done nothing for the wedding apart from finishing my table numbers. Going to try and finish my evening guest invites this week, the list keeps growing & growing :-/ room holds max 120 so going to have to look v closely at the list again.
Hen do finally all paid for, only had two drop outs, one of them my FSIL quite lucky I've not had to hound people too much to pay. I know a lot of you ladies are already into single figure, but am almost there and am so excited 109 sleeps

Omg I still haven't sent my day invites yet! We're making them ourselves, got them all printed out on the computer, and found a spelling mistake despite checking them numerous times! So having to print a load more off! Nightmare! Has anyone else started getting nervous and having dreams about things going wrong on your wedding day? I've had one every night this week and they're stressing me out! Haha!

I had a wedding dream last week. Dreamt my dress hadn't been altered and the seamstress was there on the morning at the venue doing it whilst I got ready! Then my dad was there (he passed away when I was 22) but he hated my dress!
I need to send my passport application off but I can't do my new signature! It just doesn't flow!

We can just get the dresses up if I have someone holding the top really tightly while I zip... So yeah couple of lbs would work, only other option when close is that we need to have them all taken up so maybe using some of the offcuts to put a few side panels in for breathing space x

KelBel, I had this issue :-/ neither of my BM fit in there dressers but both have lost a few lbs and now they fit. Thank goodness don't know what I'd have done if not? There wearing a beautiful jenny packham dress, unfortunately there's not a lot of room for alteration

Kelbel, that's a good idea if you have some material to play with...I've ordered all five of mine much longer than they should be, purely so I can get them all taken up to exactly the right length and still have material left over if anything needs adding or adapting!

Hi ladies
We had a meeting with our cake maker yesterday... I can not wait to see it!!
Got a few more bits sorted including my headpiece - I went for a lovely side headband with lots of sparkle (my dress is quite plain so I figured I could make it sparkle with accessories!) :)
