I agree Katie but I told everyone the price, said I understood if they couldn't afford it/make it and told them the price (£130 for 1 night in 4 star hotel with spa facilities, spa experience with treatment on the afternoon then cocktail making class in the evening). So for them to know all this then drop out is a little disappointing

This is true, think I'm just upset cos one of the girls doesn't really have a reason, had already said yes and has said she's changed her mind. I guess it could be something she doesn't want to talk about but on the face of it just looks like she's let me down

Mines £153pp to Nottingham in a 4* spa gold hotel! breakfast two mornings, the fri night it's a girls night in with wii and movies! we get food!sweets, soft drinks!a glass of bubbly and a second alcoholic drink!plus 241 vouchers for the hotel bar, then Saturday morning we're using the pool/sauna area, sat afternoon cocktail making with buffet lunch and 5 cocktails, then bk to get changed then out for a 2 course meal then night on the tiles...so won't need any money for food...just drinks and any taxis well need to get x

Our flower girls dress arrived the other day and its gorgeous cant wait for her to try it on i hope it fits! also bought her basket and petals.

I've had to go bk to the drawing board with my hen as that company took 3 days to get bk to me when I was ready to book to say that the FREE wii night on the fri night isn't available that night even tho it says it is on the website which I'm very shirted off about...but said I could still have my room upgraded (which was included anyway) but obv is still the same price as the fri night activity was FREE well I've refused to pay it now as that nights important to my sis who has lots of games planned...not happy...why put an offer up if you can't honour it,well miffed!

May end up that I'm not gonna have one cos I won't pay £200pp to go anywhere not with costs on top x

Sonya I got one that was slightly too big but when she tried it on there was plenty of room for her to grow but it wasn't huge enough that it was hanging off her! I got her a size that was 2.5 inches bigger round the chest x

Now?sonya shouldn't take that long surely ... Ur gonna wanna get them out x

I haven't been on this site in ages! Just seemed like there was so much time & now it's just over 6 months for me. You are all so organised I'm thinking I need to get my finger out! Ordered a few sample invites of the bay of e today to give me ideas but I plan on making my own. Must get them started & sent out! Have a list of guests & a rough seating plan if everyone comes but I know what to change if people aren't coming. I'm lifting my bm dresses next Saturday so that's another job done. Still need to get bm shoes & hair accessories sorted too. My niece is my fg and will be 15months at the wedding but at 8 & half months old she's wearing 12-18 months clothes already so will get her dress during the summer. She's so tall I don't want to guess what size she'll be. My videographer has went awol & is uncontactable, won't answer his phone or emails & hasn't cashed a cheque for the deposit sent to him before Christmas so I've cancelled the cheque & I'm getting another videographer as I'm scared if he's not reliable he might not turn up!

My h2b reckons some of his ones won't come but they're all fitted in incase they all do come. My videographer is part of my package deal with the hotel & when I spoke to the wedding co ordinator & told her I couldn't get hold of him & she advised me to cancel the cheque & get someone else so maybe she knows something I don't about him. I think I know the type of invitations I want to make so once I get the sample I'll get on the ball next week. Is it just day invites you are sending out now or night ones too?

Must get h2b to get addresses for his ones so I'll be able to send the invites when I make them. I'm really excited about doing all this wedding stuff, for ages I felt like I couldn't do anything because it was too soon. I'm also going to make out a list of presents for the bridal party :) what are yous all buying?

I need to get a stamp sorted for my evening invites as h2b seems to think they are misleading as to ppl being just evening,even tho it says please join us from 7pm on them,he thinks some ppl are stupid and will need to see the words evening invitation written somewhere on them x

Being at the invitation stage really makes the wedding feel close. I'm getting really excited now :) I got my dvd sorted, booked a very reputable one so that's one less thing to worry about
