both are very beautiful, but id prob go for the one they tried on as things can look so different on as to what they look like on a hanger/model, but then again your girls will prob know what suits them as well

Totally not wedding related but I'm absolutely shattered today! My OH has been working some really dodgy shifts the past 2 weeks which means I haven't had a night off from the terror 7 month old that refuses to sleep through and is up at 5am every morning Last night he was up every hour for his dummy but then would chat away to himself so ended up on the sofa bed with him Feeling drained :( lol sorry needed a moan xx

Chief bm tried that other dress on today and I don't like it! Glad I had her try it on instead of just ordering! I think it looks too much like an evening gown than a bm dress. Our theme is vintage country garden and this is more twenties glamour:

Yep Velcro I didn't realise how stressful it would be lol Can't wait for them to be all done and dusted I got a quote for flowers today 1 bridal bouquet 3 bridesmaid overarm bouquets and 14 buttonholes £170!! I think that's rather expensive and I had a look online on tube of u and it took the woman 4 mins to make a bouquet! Thinking of just ordering buttonholes and making the bouquets the night before if I do a practice next month n it goes ok? Xx

My sister was quoted £210 just for her bouquet so don't think your deal is too bad... I told my sis to send her packing and told her to go to my florist as we have bridal bouquet,moh bouquet,3 bridesmaid corsages,3 flowergirl baskets and head garlands,10buttonholes,10 table centrepieces,a top table centrepiece and the mothers gift bouquets for £400 total...she went to our florist and has gone with them,they've charged £85 just for hers there which was loads better x

It's just flowers though so it's like whatttt!!! Haha Velcro I was going to do artificial anyway but I can't find any good quality ones :/ I've worked out it would cost me about £30 tops to make my own bouquets and take about an hour the night before the wedding as they're only really simple Xx

aww I realise how lucky I am to be getting married in Vegas.. all the planning everyone is doing and I don't have to do anything apart from chose some flowers and sort out my table centrepieces for the reception back home. got my dress and bridesmaid dresses sorted and the wedding planner does the rest!

Wow! This thread has been busy tonight. Agree with Kel about that being a good price Katie, think we're paying just short of £500 for bridal bouquet, 2x bm bouquets, 2x fg bouquets, 11 buttonholes, top table display and 3 thank you bouquets.

It's £5 a buttonhole so that's £70 already! :I think I may only get the mums dads and OH the buttonholes the bridesmaids are £17 and mine is £49 but the bms are literally 3 gerberas and a bit if grass lol so suppose it's not that bad it's just the amount of brothers I have :/ xx

We are making our invites too, my poor OH has been on the computer for the last two days getting everything to sound right and line up properly (he has a small OCD with designing) but he made me a mock one tonight and must say they are beautiful and so worth all the effort :) all this time iv just been chasing people for addresses and making a spreadsheet of all their information :) feel like we have got somewhere with the enormous to do list, just feel like im taking one thing off and putting two things on atm :/ xx

I need to sit down with my fiance and make a definite decision on day guests and evening guests so we can send out our Save the Date cards!
We can have 50 day guests and 80 evening ones but his family and friends live 90 miles away from the venue so they will all need to be day guests really. Considering we only booked the venue at the end of January we're not doing too bad really with the wedding planning! (Photographer, transport, dress and venue with catering and DJ all sorted) :-) x
