I'm quite lucky as I only have one adult bm and she's fallen in love with the same dress as me and the children will wear what they're given lol! Only problem is the expense it's crazy how much they cost but I've managed to get the shop to agree to free alterations due to my dress and the bm dresses being ordered from them so I'm spending a fortune!!
It is a long way to travel for a week Kel but as long as you think it's worth it you should go for it! We are off to Mexico for ours I can't wait!! x

Well it didn't look right. My bm felt it wasn't flattering and I see what she means, a bit maternity. And the boning on the right hand side of the bust area doesn't go high enough and the material folds over a bit:

Know exactly what you all mean about the be dress saga, went shopping with my girls today, endless dresses and so many were nice but not BM like enough for me, but found a beautiful dress in ghost, which was just wonderful. Thankfully both my girls are pretty similar, so was pretty easy in the end :)

I guess I'm lucky in that respect as both mine are size 8 and have been forever.
Went to the North East wedding show yesterday, found someone that make vintage hair clips for very reasonable prices. She makes a mock up first to show you so changed can be made prior to using the actual vintage pieces.
Also went to our venue today as they had an open day so was all set up, h2b has never seen it done up. The lady that does the reception decor had set it up with vintage lace hoods with pearl brooches on the chairs so we've decided we're having those but with a pink sash too. This is the room:

They arnt very nice people anyway, when I had my son 7 months ago they totally ignored my 3 year old daughter and when I was pregnant the FMIL kept saying she'd prefer a boy! Grr and then when my nephew was born 4 weeks after my son she's hardly seen my kids since but hey go never mind lol Just waiting for them to start asking if certain people are invited now.... Xx

My future MIL wants involved in eeeeeverything. It's starting to drive me mad. She didn't like my invites lol. But my mum thought they were fab. Didn't like my flowers. I had to have 'real' ones.... Though when she saw them in the flesh they 'look better than' she thought lol
She's not actually the mil from hell, despite how I make it sound, I think she just has an idea of how a wedding 'should be' lol. I'm not telling her what I'm walking down the aisle too. Or the cake..... Il never hear the end of it LOL

Haha Velcro my FMIL is from hell but she treats my h2b and his brother differently she favors his brother and she wanted us to have a catholic wedding even though she's CoE lol my engagement party was full of her friends me and tom had never met and she never told me she was inviting them either And after the way she's been with my children recently I'm really starting to dislike her lol xx

a bit stuck ladies.... evening recpetion hot food or cold buffet? (were not having a wedding breakfast) the inlaws say hot my mum says whatever you want and i personally prefer buffet as it can stay out all evening and people can goup as they please unlike with the hot food..... what do you think? xx
