Wedding dress is all paid off now :-) ... Onto the next thing now x

my little girls dress came today from bh5 paid £30 for it in theclearance its a little big but i wanted that, soo happy and meeting photographer tonight :D xx

When we saw our photographer, we asked him how he runs his day,if we needed to feed him,what he included in prices, when monies would be due,when would we need to see him next. Saw three wedding portfolios from previous weddings and he asked us about the style of wedding we're having and the types of photos we wanted e.g. Traditional or reportage style etc x

I think there's already a thread with new things from photographers and i think you just need to add it to that...otherwise mods will shut the thread down x

Haha I think this too, think being on hol over new year then coming back to the wedding being under 8 months has kinda knocked me for six x

I think we've all recently just hit that panic mode lol, I don't think it helped getting engaged over 2 years ago as well. It was a case of ahhhh we've got ages to go

Getting closer!!

Managed to do quite a bit this week. Paid the registrar, ordered the bm dresses from bh5 which I'm picking up Friday with my bm so she can try on. Paid deposit on h2b's wedding ring (he's having a ring my dad left to me melted down and remade into his ring). Sent the ring off (and mine) to get it made and engraved with my fingerprint. I'm getting h2b's fingerprint on the inside of mine. Ordered h2b's shoes in the urb4n 0utfitters sale.

My colours are mint and pale pink but wanted the style you have In mint and they don't do it lol I've now told my bms they can have any Pastel colour dress they like lol just going to base my colour theme around their dresses :) xx

Hey ladies, im pretty new to this website and just found this thread... im getting married to my wonderful man on 6th September! Am starting actually get excited about it all now, although reading some of tge most recent comments and realising that its only 7/8 months has freaked me out slightly and still have so much to do... we have booked the church, reception venue, caterers, flower arranger, evening entertainment and i also have my dress and he knows which suits he wants the boys to wear, just have to get them all in the same place at the same time :) not as easy when everyone is spread around the country.... am going bridesmaid dress shopping next weekend with my girls so hopefully that will help calm me a little... although still feeling a lil lost with it all.....

Purchased the wedding rings yesterday another thing ticked off the list, just owe £555 on them which is less that half way :-)

I originally wanted long dresses from D3ssy but they were too expensive but then found somewhere in the states I could get them within budget so think I've 'settled' for these

Kel, the ones I have right now are from Bh5 but think I've settled cos they're cheaper. I like the longer ones I picked up today (but there are other issues with there too)!

I have made an appointment to go have my bm try on some D3ssy dresses a week on Saturday. If I find one I like I will order from the US as I can get both dresses for around £270 inc postage and customs taxes

I just can't believe bm dresses seems to be the one nightmare I'm having! Thought that would be easy!
