Hi Ladies Once again I hope you can help me - I ordered my wedding dress last week and when I had it on it was quite apparent that my skin was varying shades of colouring. The obvious choice is a fake tan of some kind however I suffer from exczema and my skin is very sensitive. Any ideas which way I should go with this? Does anyone know an easy solution? I know there is plenty of time yet but I will have to practice quite a bit xx

I don't know if the obvious choice is fake tan tbh I would probably try colour correcting make up first, in fact thats what I am doing because I get a lot of assymetrical redness so will be using colour correcting primers etc to try and even it out. Maybe you could go for a make up trial, explain you're problem areas and see if you like the results. You might be pleasantly surprised :)

The ladies in the white coats have a line called redness solutions. I love it. I have very sensitive skin and find their make up & skin care line very beneficial for me.

No no no no no, if you have trouble with your skin, do not touch fake tan, it will make it worse! You are better going and seeing a proper beautition, who will be able to identify yor skin problems and give you advice or treatments to resolve them and know what kind if make up to use on day to make you look your most beautiful, even if you just go in body shop they are very helpful!

Oooh Sarah, can you post the info for the redness solutions to my wall? Not getting the ref to ladies in white coats :9 Think Im just having one of those days! LOL I am in agreement with Lana, fake tan is the worst thing you can do with regards to problem skin! It can end up looking terribly patchy and if it isnt something you would usually do, then I think the corrective make up is possibly your best choice. Im looking for a solution for my chest (which goes really red) and am hoping to mask that! lol
Thanks guys - I also wasn't sure about the white coat ladies. I agree my skin is definitely patchy. I also have different shades depending on where the sun has hit it. Really want to look my best and don't want my skin to stand out on any photos etc. Think it is really stressing me out which obviously doesn't help the exczema x

lol ladies in white coats was a bit too cryptic for me too but I found it by googling redness solutions ;) I haven't tried this range yet but I've heard a lot of good things about it and it is next on my list of things to buy :)
