So! In the second worlds biggest u-turn this week I think I've decide I do want favours. I was looking online at the little personalised seed favours you can get. I've seen some really cute ones on etsy and notonthehighstreet but they are all £1.99 plus. I really want the ones that are in a kraft colour envelope with something printed on the front rather than the ones I've seen on the bay that are in white envelopes or have a white sticker on the front but these are the only ones I can find that come in nearer to the £1 mark.

Any one else had these? What is the lowest anyone got them from - and where!

Or has anyone made these themselves? I thought it must be reasonably easy but after a quick look around the net I can't find those tiny little envelopes anywhere - they either are "dinner money" envelopes and say "name and class on the front" lol or proper seed envelopes seen to have "date found, location" etc printed on.

To keep the cost down is a must so i'm totally up for doing them myself - if I can just source the right components! xx

LMC1302! I've never heard of glassine! I'm going to look them up! And have a look on the bay. I've got a stamp that we used to stamp the rsvp address on the backs of our invite envelopes and you can change the letters on it so if I can get envelopes I can defo print them. I'm wondering whether I can buy the seeds in bulk quite cheaply?

You said "you were" going to do them? What did you go for in the end?

    the picture is glassine...

Also made a "pocket" in the front cover of our OOS's and filled more glassine envelopes with throwing confetti....
