Hi fellow B2Bs just wanted to know if I’m being bridezilla? Got a call from Ava Rose Hamilton the bridal boutique where I chose my wedding dress yesterday (yes it’s the one from Gok Wan TV series in Lancashire). They were after balance payment which I was expecting. However what I wasn’t expecting is that they’d tell me they no longer offer a fitting service in the boutique and they’d send me a list of seamstresses that I could contact directly and sort all my dress fittings out myself. I was a bit taken aback. It’s not exactly the end to end high quality service I was hoping for. Feel like I’ve been left high and dry. Am I wrong? X
