My brothers doing art n design at college and hes designed some beautiful ones for us :) im so proud of him! we're sending them out next week x

I got mine from Vistaprint last night...we didnt really need them as we are having a small wedding and all our guets will be reminded personally every month about the wedding!

my wedding is on a friday so def having save the dates cards as people will need to book it off work

CeCe I'm exactly the same butit still felt nice to send them out anyway.
I made the save the date reading myself and printed it off from the computer. Glued them onto tiny blue card and place ribbon along two sides of the card with a silver ribbon on the corner to finish it off. It was time consuming but I didn't have many to make so it worked out great for us. I've had nothing but compliments about them since :)
I really like the save the date card idea :)

there is a pic on my profile of mine, they are magnets, and they are lovely and everyone we've given them to so far (only those who are coming to the whole day), really love them.
we're getting married on a Friday so wanted to make sure all those for the whole day and might have to travel a bit, had as much notice as possible

We're having our wedding on a Monday, so have to send them, and H"B's family is widespread, just makes sense.
I'll be making mine with my daughter - luggage tags with the date, location and names on, tied to a postcard that looks like a suitcase... sounds weird written down, but as everyone is having to travel to get there, we like the idea.

I've had magnets, also from vistaprint. They were a good deal! Ive yet to send them as im working on a little poem to put inside a card with then, thinking of sending to the friends&family i dont see that often as a nice little reminder and letting them know that they will be invited, people i see often will have no choice but to know the date lol, I just bought some blank cards from the card shop, u know the ones with some pretty flowers or something on the front and I'm printing a poem to go inside with the magnet.
