Save money on your wedding flowers by getting your local church to make them for the church, this saved me well over £150.
The church only charged £120 for the flowers people who made them at the church, well worth checking out

Our church flower ladies did a wonderful job... despite it being their first wedding! (They were more nervous about it than us I think!) Although apparently they thought the vicar had made a mistake when he said we had a yellow and purple colour scheme and were relieved when we turned up with the pew bows the night before in those colours.
After all... they know the church better than the florists and how to position the flowers for the best effect.
Now a extremely happy German housewife and now a Mother!!!!

On the advice of the vicar we went to the church after a wedding party had vacated to check out the wedding flowers and they were beautiful, I'm all for leaving those who know best to it, and we saved over £100 on the church flowers quote, was really pleased.
