Hi, I got engaged yesterday (woohoo!!) and then stayed at Ruthin Castle for a night. I have now fallen in love with it and would love to get married there. I don't know whether we could realistically afford it so was wondering if anyone else has either had a wedding there or knows roughly how much it all costs?

just been on their website and it gives food options etc but no prices. You are best looking at the food choices and ringing them and asking them for a rough quote and then decide if you want a meeting to discuss things further

Scary thing seeing no prices - usually makes it expensive. But you can always try and do a deal with them and save some money that way. If your heart is set on this place then talk to them and see what they can offer. :-)

I hate it when places do that. It's a kinda, 'if you have to ask, you can't afford' kind of attitude and that's just a pain in the back side! Hope it works out for you that it's within your budget Hx
