What on earth is going on with 2016? So many greats lost in such a short time :( Victoria Wood, Alan Rickman, Sir Terry Wogan, Ronnie Corbett David Bowie, Paul Daniels and now Prince. All inspirations, role models, loved ones, taken from us too soon. Another reminder that life is fragile, life is precious and often life is too short. All the more reason to live every day as if it is our last, no regrets. RIP all the legends we have lost, hope your having hell of a party up there!!!

I know, I've been saying the same thing about this year. I'm feeling quite sad tonight, have been a big Prince fan for years xx

I know, I wonder if it's just because they are well known and loved or if when you look at the numbers it is more than other years. Victoria Wood was fab I loved dinnerladies. Raspberry Beret by Prince is great, remember mum putting it on and I went mad for it as a kid.

I can't say I really know Prince's work but I'm gutted about Victoria Wood. Both her and Prince were young and could have given plenty more. Plus Denise Robertson (agony aunt on a weekday morning TV programme), and the guy that played Father Jack. I'm sure I'm missing more as well.
30th August 2014 was the best birthday ever.
It was the day that I became Mrs. Dixon.

It's awful. Prince in his day was brilliant, he changed a little when he became the symbol though, still way too early to go.
2016 is not a great year to be in if you are famous,
