I got all excited because we were meeting up with our reverend next month to discuss the service etc for the blessing. Well he has just emailed to say his long awaited operation has come through and has to cancel. We have arranged for July now which I know gives us time still but I had got excited about meeting him. Just keeping my fingers crossed that everything goes well for him cause he sounds really nice on the phone and wouldn't want someone else to take the service now.
Ah Jo, what a bugger having it postponed but fingers crossed it turns out ok for him xx

I'm hoping so. Guess we will find out in time how things go. I'm hoping the fact that he is trying to re book for the month after is good news that he plans for all to be well.

I'm not sure what he is having done and didn't like to ask as you don't know how personal it is. I already know what I want in the service but have a feeling that it might be a little too much and we need to cut back on things. At least I have a list ready and armed for when we meet. I'm just about to go to bed with the bible to have a look at some more readings.
