Hey ladies --- I have been told (Thank you Glitterfairy) that I have my page on restricted only which means people can't add me as a friend! How do I change this?

Ok, you need to go to 'Account'. Then on the left hand side underneath where you can see if you have any private messages or friends requests there are some rectangular boxes. Click on the one that says My Details. Scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see a section called 'Wall Settings' underneath this is a drop down box called 'Privacy Settings'. You need to change that to 'Public'. Bob's your uncle, etc. etc.! Hope that all makes sense. If not, come back to us x
