I have absolutely fallen in love with a wedding dress from Pronovias that I want want want but having a look online it is well over £2000 which is very much out of budget for me.
I wondered what anyone had to say about these replica companies that are cheap? I heard they can replicate any design you like, is this the case? Does anyone have any advice, or has anybody used them before and can recommend?

I've toyed with this as well, but would want the detailing to be exact, you could keep scouring bay of e, my sil to be got her dream dress for £250 instead of £2500, the lass she got it from had only worn it for 3hrs as she got married abroad and it was to hot to wear all day.

I wanted a black dress and designed my own. I had it made for me and its perfect, it was less than £300 and the quality of satin and lace Is amazing! I can't tell the difference between the £2k dresses I tried on in bridal stores (wanted to find what style suited my shape!). I'm a plus size and the structure is great too, boned and lined! there is photographs in my wedding diary thread. ill leave the link on your wall.

Theres a lady who makes dresses and a few brides on here have used her with brilliant reviews its a massive risk hun and something I am considering myself but it could potentially save you so much money xx
As has been said its up to you if you want to take the risk. But there have been many people on here who have had a replica dress and have been so pleased with it. I'm going to do it myself :) If you do order a replica make sure you order it in plenty of time as some people have had a delay when ordering x

I'm thinking of getting my dress from her, i think i read Brilly got hers from there and it was beautiful, but you could double check with her. I know she can send out fabric swatches as well if your unsure on fabrics, she charges a £1 :)

I did a replica dress through the one who must not be named and i loved it! Like the others said if your prepared to take the risk - if it pays off it can save you a fortune I saved over £1200!

a replica dress is not a bad choice, since wedding dress is so expensive, out of our budget. and the wedding dress is just used one or two time at our wedding. so i won't spend so much money for it. i have ordered a wedding dress from internet, the website provide custom made service, tailored according to my own measurement, it took 20 days to prepare the dress, and of course, it fits me well.
