Well I have just had a missed call from a blocked number (I am at work and was on the phone at the time) Just listened to the message that was left and it is from Sarah from the original venue!! The cheek of her, asking for me to call her back. I cannot believe it.. So after waiting 2 weeks for the contracts and me chasing every few days ... She sends them (this is back on 20th May) with no apology...
THEN RINGS ME TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 26 days later.... You would have thought she would have taken the hint if the contracts hadnt been returned that week!
Who the eff does she think she is... I want to make a complaint to those abover her, Mum reckpns I shouldnt bother... But do they know how much business she is loosing them?????
But on a whole the replacement venue is far better and even though £3k more expensive we are 'living the dream' and cannot wait for the bg day. Her loss... Silly c*w!

If your that annoyed with her you should complain.. some people just shock me at how rubbish at their job they are lol!!

I've been narked with the wedding co-ordinator at our venue from the start, if I get the chance to give feedback I certainly will, so if you feel strongly about it then I say go for it!

I say complain :) I think its something to do with me getting older but I'm now in the habit of complaining about poor service where before I'd just let it pass. You may help future brides by complaining hun. xxx
