Hello, and I know the best way too find out the answer too this question is too ask my vicar, but his a fairly busy person and I thought someone on here might know the answer.

If your Church of England and your hubby too be is Catholic and you are hoping too get married in a Church of England church, does your hubby have too change too Church of England?

I'm asking this question purely because a fair few people have told us that one of us has too change either way. Then other people have told us that neither of us have too.

    Confused. - Help!?

No he doesn't, as long as it is a trinity religion (the father, the son, the holy spirit) which Catholic is, then a Church of England church will marry you both. I know this because my h2b is Greek orthodox and we are getting married in a Church of England church. We are marrying there as if we were to marry in a Greek Orthodox church I would have had to have converted which I didn't want to do xxxx

No you don't need to do anything. We are getting married in Church of England, I am Catholic and my h2b has no religion. So neither of us are C of E but the priest is happy to marry us because our families both live in the parish.
