I just had a text saying "WOO HOO - You've won 2nd place in our Hen party competition - Call Redseven on ****** to claim your prize between 2pm and 8pm 2day"
The cynic in me says that I've actually won nothing - but I'm gonna call. has anyone else heard of them?

Might be an idea to run the number you've been given through google Nicpep - sometimes these numbers have been reported as premium rate ones etc.

I just had the same text too! I have never registered with them but am a bit concerned about where they have got my number from but I have registered with so many wedding websites recently that I could have forgotten to tick an opt-out box somewhere!

a few months back i got an email telling me id won second place so i called them,turns out id won a voucher worth £100 i think ,if i booked my hen night with them,the £100 would be deducted,but there was a minimum spend

You dont ACTUALLY win anything. You have to book something with them and they will give you £100 back.... thats not winning!

I have had a photographer bugging me for 4 months now about my "free engagement shoot" they did it again today so i emailed them back and asked exactly what I'd won (to be fair, I did give them my details) but I assume everyone won! lol
This is their reply - "The prize that you won was a voucher worth £94 for a Studio sitting for you and your fiancé and a 6"x8" Engagement photograph from the David Bampton Studio.
There is no obligation or pressure to buy additional engagement portraits, or book your wedding photography with us. This is a genuine prize"
