Does anyone know where I can get my E ring re-dipped for under £50? It's started going a funny colour :/

H Samuel do it I think for about £30. I don't know if you would have had to have bought it from there though. xx

I don't know where it's from lol. I'll give HSam an email, hopefully they will do it. It needs resizing too so might get that done at the same time x

Yep, the a man named H Samuel will do it for £30. They take a week to do it though so i'm putting mine in a month before hand just to be on the safe side. Then i'm going to be super carefully and remember to take it off for washing up etc until i've got them both on together. Picked up our wedding rings from there yesterday so literally had this conversation with the sales assistant last night! xxx

I do quite a manual job at times, and not wanting to damage my e-ring, I got myself my OSR (my 'oh sh*t' ring), named after that feeling you get after filling the garden bin with leaves and weeds and realising your ring isn't there...
The OSR only cost £3 from a high street accessory shop named after a girl.
So if you're worried about it not feeling right to not wear your e-ring while it's away being redipped, or carry on with chores without the worry of damaging it, why not get a cheap one to keep your finger company? :-)

When I sent mine into the jewelers to get polished before the wedding, I worried about feeling 'naked' as well, but hubby proposed to me with a cheap silver ring which is still lovely so I wore that one for the run up to the wedding just so I did not feel naked. Even when I picked my ring up I still did not wear it until the day.

I tried getting a ring dipped once but it turned out to be cheap metal and they could not do it, so totally unsure of prices.
