We've got our 1st reading of the banns tomorrow, is it just a normal church service? What exactly does it involve? Xx

yeah normal church service then at the end of service when they read out the noitces they announce the banns of marrage i have mines next week in the loacal parish church then in 4 weeks time in the church that i am geting married in so i get to hear mines 6 times rather than 3..........lol..........but i bet it will be a good feeling when you hear them read out tomorrow

They are just read out at the end of the service. Sometimes there are several read out, sometimes yours are the only one.
