Hi hun, most men aren't really into planning that early for something, I think it's a woman's trait lol. But you can't panic about something which may not happen yet as you still have three years to go. Maybe when it's nearer the time like a year, and you start seeing venues and booking appointments with him then it will really sink in and he'll be more involved with the decision making. Try and enjoy this freedom that you have at the moment cos you get to dream and choose whatever you like cos when your h2b starts getting involved, he may not agree on what you want. It's still a long way away so just try and enjoy your researching atm cos it won't be too much fun anymore once a lot of ppl starts poking their nose in and want a say on everything xx

he will want to get involved nearer the time. my h2b didnt want to know at all and kept saying it is too far away and as soon as the year turned and he realised we were getting married this year he seemed to really help me! xx

mine still isnt really all that interested although he is showing more now than he did so i think like the others have said wait until about a year before and then they might start being a bit more interested and do as much as you can!" get all your stuff sorted out so that all you need is his list as with venues id go see places with your mum or moh or best friend and then if you really like a place take him! that way you get a better chance of getting where you want and he doesnt need to do anything until later lol

We get married in just over 5 months and my h2b has left everything down to me............i'll ask him a question and he'll say "do whatever you want babe, i'll just turn up" tbh though i know that this is what he is like, I arrange holidays and will just tell him where i'm planning on going and if he objects i'll find somewhere else, i always run everything by him but i can guarantee he's not paying any attention lol.

I don't mind though as i like to be in charge and at least with me doing everything i know what needs doing and when it needs doing. All h2b has to do is go to Tux hire place and chose what he's wearing the day before we get married and i'm sure even he can manage that (although i am sending dad with him as he keeps threatening to turn up in a ManKini!) lol

True. I don't really know why I'm planning yet xD So much could change. Ah well, lists are awesome :3
