Is anyone else having a huge issue contacting The L!ttl3 l0v38!rd c0mp@ny? I ordered 6 non personalised gowns for myself and my bridesmaids costing well over £100. When they arrive they were see-through and not very good quality. I emailed twice about returning them via their website but received no reply, finally managed to get them through the FB page in which they stated I can return and receive a full refund. That was on August 6th and still haven't received any money back or even an acknowledgment of receipt. I have emailed them again to chase this. Am I the only one having problems?

I ordered glasses from there and found they were a little slow - I think because of the pure volume of orders they go through! No excuse for poor customer service though. Have you tried messaging them on their FB page? I had a response from them through that. :)

Just had a look on their site and they said they are not taking orders currently due to high sales volume. I'd give them a call.

I used to follow them on FB and was forever seeing complaints posted to their feeds. Most said that complaining on one of their posts was the only way to get a response as they delete the offending message sharpish. They ran a competition for people to name a new line of gowns. Cept after they had choose the name they failed to close the competition post so they could continue to get some free advertising. Ladies were sharing without realising they had no chance of winning. Shameful behaviour and by all accounts shocking customer service. Good luck!
