i rang them yesterday to tell them bout my change on plan (not getting married there now ) were just having an evening doo ,they seemed fine about the change she said she would ring me back in 10min so she could get my file but then never rang back do i ring back or just leave it i dont wanna be annoying them as i know its ages away for real details but i wanna know were i stand price wise n decorating they provided with full package il now loose out on things x

I would call them and just say you spoke to them yesterday and was exspecting a call back is it possible to speak and confirm teh new arragements.
They may have had busy afternoon and just forgot to call but I would call tehm and confirm etc xx

Yay call them back something may have happen and it gone out they head, I do it all the time listen to voicemails from clients then think I phone in abit then get busy with clients and forget they won't mind you phoning back.

Yeah you need to ring them. We've got a hotel package deal for our wedding which includes a civil ceremony but we said from the start that we were getting married at a church. It was fine, there were no complications and we still get everything else. It was still the same price though as it was a package xxx

I would email them confirmation of what you talked about and tell them to contact you within x days if there's an issue. If you have it in writing they can't come back and say it's an issue in months time!

i thoght id loose out on cake table n table clothes wi matchin colour napkins n stuff that u only get in full package but im chuffed coz there lettin me still hav stuff free 2 help us out ,its not alot but its a big help 4 us n buffet is cheaper n all : )
