Here's a random tip for you.

When visiting my mum i found she had a rather large tube of anti-chafing cream in her make up bag - i was kinda grossed out so i hesitantly asked her what it was for... and she said that she had read online that it has the same ingredients in it that loads of expensive foundation primers have in them (i think its some form of silicone?!)... so she's been buying and using this cream ever since her expensive "wrinkle polyfiller" as she calls it ran out! And it works, she looks great!

If anyone's interested in trying it, its in a bright yellow and blue packaging and the brand begins with an L. Just google antichafing cream and it pops right up!

i never thought about that to be honest, does it end with "cane"???

i'm definately gunna try it, so she kinda just pops it all over her face before applying her make up?

    yep, and yep.
She mainly uses it around the eye area as shes paranoid about crows feet and foundation sticking in the creases. but she does put it anywhere she thinks needs "filling in". She used to buy 2 different brands, sm*sh box and the one at boots that looks a bit like the benefit packaging but both are more expensive and less effective.

to be honest, im not tht wrinkly yet but gonna get some myself this weekend as the cold weather has made my skin dry and the concealer over my dark circles is getting all clogged up and making me look wrinklier than i actually am, haha.

    hope it works for you!

I use cheaper face primers quite often and if this stuff works as well as more expensive stuff it could definitely be worth a try!

Good to know! Thank you for sharing.

When I was younger I used Elisabeth Arden 8 hours cream for cuts and bruises and mainly chapped lips - it's expensive. Until I had a baby and someone gave me a lanolin based nipple cream - it looks the same, smells the same and does the same! And costs a tiny fraction of the price...

i've even heard tht some celebs cover themselves in haemorrhoid cream in order to lose a bit of water weight before stepping on the red carpet - not sure how true it is, but i guess if the cream reduces puffy eyes (and piles) then maybe it would work!?!
