Has anyone else ordered from qu33n!3 bridesmaid? I ordered 3 dresses that were ment to be made to measure but they are all the wrong sizes, poor quality of tailoring and unsuitable to wear. I spend £200 on them and they are basically not taking responsibility for anything. I have sent them numerous of pictures to show the sizes compared to the sizes given and all they have said is to take them to a local tailor to sort them. How do they expect a tailor to add 4 inches to the bust, and 4 inches to the length on all dresses! Has anyone actually had a refund from the company and how did you get it?

Oh my gosh! I have not bought from Qu33n!3 Bridesmaids but thank you for the warning! I am so sorry that they are mucking you about and have been crap, do you know where they are based?

I really couldn't tell you where they are based lol, I assumed they were uk with their website address, I've googled them and have about 4 address, only 1 active contact number which isn't even them, poor man is getting annoyed with phone calls lol and the invoice letter is in china. I'm so angry and this is the last thing I need to be sorting 10 weeks before my wedding

Sounds very much like somewhere in China, they tend to make things up smaller.

Think the problem with these kind of sites where it appears that you are ordering from a uk site are actually China, that if you order made to measure they won't refund them,
It is such a big con, they make out that they are in the UK to get your sales and then refuse refunds and make the dresses awful. It has not happened to me but I have read about other brides/bridesmaids having trouble with bad dresses and dodgy customer service, there is a website and a fb page about it.

Still getting no where with a refund, customer service is awful. I have sent them so many pictures of the rubbish made dresses and all I got back was that my pictures are rubbish and useless! But I do get an email back everyday, yet my email I sent yesterday may of got them knowing that they are rubbish as I haven't had a reply today
