how do you organise your ideas and turn them into reality? i have found pics and made a file for all the ideas we have, set a date and pretty much fund the venue, done a guest list etc...but, how do you get al those ideas and start making sense of it all!? i am having so much trouble geting my head around it all arrghh it is starting to stress me out a bit to be honest!

Start with how many guests and how many will be coming then find a venue you like that suits your budget. That will set your date and times so you can book other suppliers. I used to ring around and find quotes to give me a rough idea of what things would cost to set up my budget. I then started too book the things important to us like the photographers etc. Once I had booked all the big things I then found I had come under budget so we then decided if there was any extras we wanted so booked a harpist etc.
As for the ideas you want to wait until you know how much you have left to spend. There is no point in getting ideas for birdcages as table centrepieces if you have gone over budget. All the little things like favours, invites etc can be done once you have the major things in place and you know what your colour scheme etc is going to be.
