Hi, does anyone know of any nice pub venues around Berkshire/South East. Looking for laid back feel with outside space, ideally rural location. Hoping for a venue without a hire fee and just pay for food drink, looking for around 80-100 guests

Have you tried any masonic lodges/naval clubs that kind of thing, they usually make good deals and often (depending on the place and location) they can offer free room hire and just charge you for the food and drink used xxx

A rowing club might work for you as well. I'd start contact pubs you like the look of and see what they offer. I have a feeling a lot would welcome a wedding but not advertise this in anyway.

Hi Karen267, I live in Reading and know of a few nice little pubs. There are a few in the Playhatch area that I can think of, but I'll put my mind and come up with some more.
