We went to view our wedding venue earlier and instantly fell in love with it! After many comments about the idea of a midweek wedding we've finally folded and gone for a weekend wedding. My mum also suggested getting married the Saturday of Easter so the church will already be decorated (sneaky!) That in mind we have booked the 4th April 2015 :D So excited to start all the planning now!

Haha, SUPER excited! My mum and dad and my partners mum and dad both got married in the same church we are getting married in so it's special to us. and Mrs T 2 Be, my mum apparently did the same thing for her wedding LOL !

Thank you Angela :) it's amazing how small details have come out as our relationship developed! it turns out they both got married in the same year too, 4 months apart and had the banns read at the same 2 churches too :)

Starting to feel very real now - however it is annoying that my sister has decided now she's going to start venue searching (she is also engaged). Will really annoy me if she chooses the same year as us due to my parents helping us pay for the wedding it could put strain on them with the two weddings..

OH MY DAYS. Paid the reception venue deposit so that is now officially ours! (YAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAY) Also had a longgggggg chat with the Vicar this evening who kept us thinking we weren't going to be allowed to get married in his church because neither of us are christened there or in attendance... Until he told us that as both sets of our parents were married there we are very much allowed to be married there! So thats it - church booked! (Didn't realise how expensive churches are!) I am now super excited to actually be on my way to becoming Mrs Barrows on the 4th April 2015 at 2pm! :D The Vicar also told us that as it is Easter Saturday they will be decorating the church in the morning in preparation for Sunday service so there will be beautiful lillies around us :)
