My parents have suggested that my OH's parents come down to Dorset to have a meeting of the clans/talk about wedding/discuss finances etc.... Shocked is a mild understatement. I know they suggested it but I never thought that it would actually happen but low behold, on the 2nd weekend of March, us 4 are travelling down to my parents for a whole weekend!!! Now there's a Christmas present I wasn't expecting!! xx

Yes, finally. They are certainly getting there. What they fail to recognize is that it was a shock to me too and don't need them behaving like this. Their support would have been more helpful but I guess it was too difficult to give that straight away.
