I have just enquired about a wedding cake to be made 3 tier with 10 inch fruit, 8 inch lemon and 6 inch victoria with white icing and gold and black heart decoration. I asked for a price for a wedding cake and i got my mum to ask the same company for price for same cake but with gold flowers and black ribbon for an anniversary cake.... And i am totally shocked at the price difference. For an anniversary cake it was £115 and for a wedding cake it was £230!!! How can they justify that??

i wouldnt buy from them i hate the way we get ripped off its my pet rant at the moment however if you really want to buy from them get your mum to call back tell them what you want call it an aniversary cake and bobs your uncle lol xxxx

That's outrageous - get the aniversary cake without the topper and add your own to make it a wedding cake!!

I was really disgusted. my mum has very kindly offered to make our cake (she runs a catering business and didnt think she would have time originally) but is going to make sure she can and we can have exactly what we want all i have to do is supply the decorations for it, as i got really down about it wondering what else i was going to be ripped off over!! xx
